The event was well planned. Mauricio is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about photography. He shared some very good ideas. I recommend this class.

Another great event. This was my second time doing a long exposure event with Sangam. As an instructor, he is very knowledgable, informative, and proactive in finding good locations to shoot and advice on equipment to use.

This was a well appreciated event for me. I have been yearning to get out and explore long exposure photography and having a guide work with our small group of three was exactly what I needed to practise this skill and learn a few tricks.

This was my second outing with the group and I found it fun and informative. Although the sunlight wasn't fully cooperative, there was still ample lighting to explore the genre and Gabriel makes a great tour guide. I appreciate these events as it gives me an avenue to expand my photographic expertise and my creative eye.

It was a great experience to meet up with a varied group of photo enthusiasts and embark upon a journey with the intent to capture theme related images in a public setting. There seemed to be a balanced mix of discussion relating to choice of lenses and photographic styles with personal conversations on how we each came to be at this particular meet up. I am happy to have participated in this event and look forward to joining others like it in the future.

Introducing the Bald Eagle. I took this photo on the 15th of May, 2024. I was casually walking across the sea wall when I saw an eagle looking into the water. It was all alone in the middle of a beach and it was staring in a single direction. It was almost as if the eagle was lost in thought or very deperessed. This hidden gem lies in the heart of a Costa Rican jungle near Liberia. To reach it, embark on a 3 km trek along the riverbank, occasionally wading through the river and pulling yourself across its 50 meter span using ropes. After cross the river number times, the last 100 meter you are swimming upstream. Throughout the journey, safeguarding your camera from water damage by either keeping it dry in a watertight bag or using a water tight backpack.
